Job Description

The Public Policy and Government Relations Intern will support the PPGR team in conducting research, preparing materials, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and assisting with policy monitoring. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about public affairs, regulatory developments, and strategic communication.
Must Have:
  • Assist in tracking and summarizing relevant regulations, legislation, and public policy trends.
  • Support the development of policy briefs, memos, and talking points.
  • Help maintain the stakeholder database (government agencies, associations, NGOs, etc.).
  • Prepare meeting materials and draft minutes for external and internal engagements.
  • Support the coordination of events, meetings, and public consultations.
  • Assist in preparing presentation decks, internal reports, and policy documentation.
  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Interest in regulatory affairs, government processes, and corporate public affairs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital research tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
