As a Regional Sales Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our regional field teams become more efficient by being the operational backbone of the region by ensuring processes are sharp, executed well and required data management practices in the region are solidly created and executed by you. Collaborating closely with sales and national sales support, your efforts will directly contribute to scaling up our regional business and propelling it to new heights. You'll have the opportunity to lead regional operational initiatives and drive tangible results as we look to expand our sales team across the country. You will compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports, provide actionable insights, maintain a dynamic regional dashboard, oversee device and asset delivery, conduct regular audits, support merchant onboarding, and manage administrative tasks.

What You Will Do

  • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports that summarize sales performance, operational highlights, key metrics, and emerging issues across all levels.
  • Provide actionable insights by tracking demo asset utilization, market saturation, area penetration, turnover ratios, outlet transactions, and hiring pipeline status.
  • Maintain a dynamic regional dashboard to analyze performance data and offer recommendations for data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the full delivery cycle of devices and assets, ensuring timely tracking, resolving delays, and confirming successful receipt by recipients.
  • Conduct regular audits to support loss prevention and monitor the condition of distributed devices.
  • Support merchant onboarding by managing CRM updates, verifying data, checking discrepancies, and tracking leads, deals, and renewals.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as onboarding paperwork, contract documentation, tax invoicing, and escalation handling for operational or customer issues.

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales support, or data analysis, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools (Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI), and basic SQL.
  • Proven ability to design and implement SOPs, streamline workflows, and automate manual processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work closely with sales, logistics, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to support sales teams in dynamic situations.
  • Solid understanding of regional sales processes, from pipeline management to asset tracking and merchant onboarding.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

The Sales team consistently strives to implement solutions that allow our merchant partners in Indonesia to sell products both online and offline. We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience through product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.

One of our main goals is to strengthen our market share in Indonesia, combining strategy with local insights to propel our business onward and upwards. Furthermore, we maintain a holistic view of GoTo Financial’s business and payment solutions within the region, constantly striving better to understand the sales region's issues from the ground up and provide solutions and actionable steps forward.
