Job Description

CoinTracker is seeking an Account Executive for Professional Services to drive sales of their Full Service, Enterprise, and Institutional offerings to professionals such as CPAs, audit firms, and law firms. As the founding sales hire, you will play an instrumental role in company growth, generating leads, converting them into deals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will become a product expert to assist customers and prospects throughout the evaluation and onboarding process, and channel customer feedback to the product team. The goal is to establish CoinTracker Enterprise as the preferred product for accounting firms in the US and generate millions in revenue from premium customers.

Your mission

Sell CoinTracker Full Service, Enterprise and Institutional to professionals (e.g. CPAs, audit firms, law firms).

Your one year outcomes

What you will do

  • As the founding sales hire of CoinTracker, you will plan an instrumental role in growing the company in direct partnership with hiring manager and COO, Vera. In particular, you will:

    • Generate a strong pipeline of leads and help convert them into closed deals

    • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market and at our prospective companies

    • Become a product expert and help customers use CoinTracker effectively; assist prospects through evaluation, onboarding, and on an ongoing basis

    • Channel the voice of our customers to our product team to shape our roadmap

    • You’re familiar with the business models, incentives, and operational complexity of firms like the Big Four or leading regional CPA firms
