Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for comprehensive financial management, including all India transactions, bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, payroll processing, and final accounts preparation. Oversees accounts executives and manages treasury and cashflow. Requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in end-to-end accounts finalization and proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.
Must have:
- Manage all India transactions and bookkeeping in Tally Prime.
- Prepare e-invoices and sales invoices where necessary.
- File monthly GST returns and ensure timely payments for creditors and statutory liabilities.
- Process payroll, including statutory and deduction computations.
- Manage petty cash and coordinate with Admin/HR Executives.
- Report to Statutory, Internal, TDS, and GST Auditors.
- Prepare Final Accounts: TB, BS, P&L, Schedules.
- Maintain dashboards for Salary, Space, Travel, IT, Staff welfare, Insurance, Fixed Assets, GST, and TDS.
- Supervise Accounts Executives.
- Manage Treasury and Cashflow.
- Manage Invoices and upload Bank payments online.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances: GST, TDS, MCA.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in finalization of end-to-end accounts.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all India transactions
- Book keeping in Tally Prime
- Preparing e-invoices and sales invoices where necessary
- Filing monthly GST returns inclusive of calculations
- Ensuring timely payments for all creditors and statutory liabilities
- Payroll processing including having a check on statutory and deduction computations
- Petty cash management and coordination with Delivery Centre Admin/HR Executives
- Reporting to Auditors – Statutory, Internal, TDS and GST
- Preparation of Final Accounts – TB, BS, P&L, Schedules
- Maintenance of dashboards:
- Salary
- Space and Utilities (including facility services)
- Travel
- IT and development (including system rentals and Internet)
- Staff welfare
- Insurance
- Fixed Asset Register and Dashboard
- GST and TDS dashboard
- Supervising Accounts Executives
- Treasury and Cashflow management
- Invoice management
- Upload Bank payments as a Maker online
Skills/Strengths
- Should be able to direct subordinates to get the work done
- Discipline in record keeping and documentation
- Should have knowledge of statutory compliances – GST, TDS, MCA
Experience Summary
- Should have experience in finalization of end-to-end accounts
- Minimum 7 years’ experience
- Should have good experience and knowledge in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Tally Prim
