Job Summary

BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients, is seeking an HR Executive for a permanent, full-time role based in Pune, India. The position requires 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, including onboarding, appraisals, employee file maintenance, and exit processes. The role also involves talent engagement activities such as training, grievance handling, and rewards and recognition programs.

Must Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human resources
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Rich experience in people management
  • Strong in Conflict management and resolution
  • Willingness to travel for official purpose (if required)
  • Manage new joinee formalities, induction, and document collection.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the appraisal process.
  • Handle consultant to employee formalities and performance feedback.
  • Manage ESS for leave and attendance.
  • Execute the exit process.
  • Conduct training and potential analysis.
  • Manage employee suggestions, grievances, and counseling.
  • Implement rewards and recognition programs.

Good to Have

  • MBA/MSW from Management school is preferred
  • IT industry recruitment expertise
