The Service Assistant is the first point of contact between customers and the group's headquarters. They are responsible for managing the administrative purchase procedure and handling all daily activities of their branch, in order to make the customer experience unique.
Qualifications
What you will do:
- Welcoming and assisting customers at every stage of the appointment;
- Managing documentation, duplicate keys, and purchase contracts;
- Handling the car fleet and loading/unloading car transporters;
- Reporting activities and liaising with car practice agencies;
- Collaborating with purchasers in branch activities.
What we require:
- Previous experience in administrative and/or commercial back office, preferably in the automotive sector;
- High school diploma / bachelor's degree;
- Proficiency in using main IT tools, especially Excel;
- Driving license B (essential requirement);
- Strong organizational skills and time management, flexibility, and precision.

Additional Information
The workplace will be at the Noi Compriamo Auto branch in Forlì and the work is full-time from Monday to Saturday.
