Job Description

The Team Assistant team at PwC Poland consists of over 10 specialists providing administrative support to Managers and Senior Managers and actively participating in company life. The team fosters mutual support, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback. The role involves coordinating meetings, monitoring cyclical activities, organizing business trips, supporting spot bonus awards, assisting with purchase order creation, and reviewing presentations.
Good To Have:
  • Relevant education (Administration, Management, HR, Finance).
Must Have:
  • Coordinate meetings: booking dates, conference rooms, preparing agendas.
  • Monitor timeliness of cyclical activities: sending reminders, maintaining trackers.
  • Organize and settle business trips.
  • Support the spot bonus award process.
  • Support the purchase order (PO) creation process.
  • Review presentations (spell check / simple updates).
  • Experience in office work (e.g., data preparation, client work, report creation).
  • Self-reliance and good time management.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with clients.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Communicative English level (min. B1).

We are looking for a:

Team Assistant

Your future role:

  • coordination of meetings: booking dates, conference rooms, preparing agendas,
  • monitoring the timeliness of cyclical activities: sending reminders, maintaining trackers,
  • organization and settlement of business trips,
  • support for the spot bonus award process,
  • support for the purchase order (PO) creation process,
  • review of presentations (spell checking / simple updates).

Apply if:

  • you have experience in office work (e.g., data preparation, client work, report creation, etc.),
  • you are characterized by independence and good organization of working time,
  • you have organizational skills,
  • you can work with clients,
  • you have good communication skills,
  • you know English at a communicative level (min. B1).
