Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Staff leader of primarily business support representatives who work on issues of limited scope. Evaluates issues within the context of established practices and procedures to assign tasks and provide direction and guidance in daily team activities. May spend a portion of time performing the individual tasks of the unit. May recommend new procedures and process improvements to achieve team goals. Minimally requires a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
