People & Organisation at PwC Poland consists of several dozen HR specialists. We help PwC clients with every challenge related to managing the most sensitive capital of enterprises - the people who create them. The scope of our services is wide: from formal issues, through implementing organizational transformation and optimizing HR processes, to team management and creating a friendly, stimulating workplace. We work with clients from Poland and abroad; we also support PwC teams in Poland and abroad.
We are looking for a:
Senior People Analytics Consultant
Your future role:
- Participation in advisory projects in the area of HR and People Analytics
- Analysis of HR data (e.g., in the area of compensation, pay gap calculation, or employee costs)
- Support in designing and maintaining employee satisfaction and engagement survey tools (Qualtrics)
- Building reports and dashboards supporting business decision-making (e.g., PowerBI)
- Cooperation with developers in creating and modifying applications supporting HR processes
- Supervision over the preparation of analyses, presentations, and advisory documents
- Support in preparing offers and materials for clients
Apply if:
- You have 2-5 years of experience in People Analytics, compensation and benefits, HR consulting, or as an HR generalist
- You have experience in data analysis
- You know the basics of creating and operating dashboards in PowerBI
- You know MS Excel at an advanced level
- You are proficient in MS PowerPoint and can create aesthetic presentations and data visualizations
- You can logically and precisely formulate documents and recommendations
- You are fluent in Polish and English (min. B2)
- You can work effectively on projects and in teams, as well as with clients
Welcome skills:
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, IBM SPSS, Alteryx, Power Automate, or Qualtrics.
