Job Description

After an integration period, you will be responsible for the reliability of the store's article database (file) to ensure items pass through checkout at the correct price and to ensure stock reliability. This involves updating the file via internal software (Mercalys), processing errors from various departments, and transmitting orders while updating stocks. This role suits a serious and rigorous individual with computer skills, analytical and synthetic thinking, and the ability to interact with all services.

Job Description

After an integration period during which you will familiarize yourself with the different departments, our processes, our methods, and our IT tools, you will be responsible for the reliability of the database of articles available in store (file) to allow items to pass through checkout at the correct price and to ensure stock reliability.

To do this:

  • You will keep the file up to date via the internal software (Mercalys);
  • You will process all errors and anomalies reported from the checkout/reception, department, and e-commerce sectors;
  • You will transmit orders and ensure stock updates.
