FUNCTION SUMMARY

• Responsible for planning and developing strategies for the procurement of goods, ensuring compliance with current procurement regulations and optimizing supply processes.
• Home Office regime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct previous procurement studies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and validate demands with the demanding areas.
• Define the scope and object of procurements.
• Analyze market aspects and define purchasing strategies.
• Prepare technical reports and opinions on adopted strategies.
• Monitor bidding and contracting processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Administration, Supply Management, Foreign Trade or related areas;
• Specialization or Postgraduate degree in related areas;
• Solid proven experience in supply chain activities.

MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE:

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP (MM Module), Power BI and statistics;
• Mastery of bidding legislation.
