- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Rio de Janeiro.

Job Details
Low Complexity Analysis Services - Processes
Area of operation: Support for administrative processes, travel planning, RT planning, overtime management, vacations, and attendance.
ACTIVITIES
- Perform low-complexity operational tasks, being responsible for surveying, collecting, and structuring data (text, tables, and graphs), executing medium-complexity routine tasks such as preparing documents and action tracking schedules, applying solutions defined by the lead manager, specialist leaders, and professionals working on high and medium complexity demands of the CONTRACTED PARTY, as well as client managers and specialists.
- Support the preparation of action plans, recording defined actions, deadlines, and responsible parties, for subsequent evaluation and final validation by professionals working on high-complexity demands, specialist leaders, and/or the lead manager of the CONTRACTED PARTY, in addition to client managers and specialists.
- Support the integrated management, control, and monitoring of action plans related to routine and process management demands, including PARTNERSHIP and PPSA.
- Assist in the planning and execution of simulations and analysis of routine and process management and control, related to onshore and/or offshore demands, using methodologies, tools, and systems.
EDUCATION
Graduation: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other related areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Business Management, Strategic Management, Results Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or other areas related to the specialty.
- Availability to work in a Hybrid Regime - RJ
