AI Business Analyst

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking an AI Business Analyst for its AI&Automation team. This role involves use-case discovery, rapid prototyping, ROI modeling, technical decomposition, and operational partnership. Candidates should have experience in value engineering, PoC/POV prototyping, LLM-powered solutioning, and fluent Russian. The position offers a full-time remote opportunity with various benefits.

Must Have

• Use-case discovery & validation, including root-cause analysis and idea ranking.
• Rapid prototyping with clickable demos and thin POCs.
• ROI modeling for revenue uplift and OPEX savings.
• Technical decomposition into crisp tech specs.

• Experience with use-case discovery & value engineering.

Your main tasks will be:

• Use-case discovery & validation - workshops/interviews, root-cause analysis; impact/effort/risk scoring to rank ideas.
• Rapid prototyping - clickable demos and thin POCs (Python/SQL, APIs, LLM tools, low-code)
• ROI modeling - quick calculators for revenue uplift / OPEX savings, sensitivity/risk analysis, payback.
• Technical decomposition - convert business briefs into crisp tech specs (data, integrations, non-functional, success metrics).
• Operational partner to Head of AI Programs - status rituals, early vendor coordination, lightweight documentation, portfolio sync.

We expect from you:

• Experience with use-case discovery & value engineering
• Experience with rapid prototyping for PoC/POV
• Experience with LLM-powered solutioning
• Tech brief -> delivery-ready spec
• Commercial & portfolio math
• Fluent Russian
• Knowledge Python + SQL prototyping would be considered as advantage
• Experience with BI dashboards will be considered as advantage
