Job Description

Social Discovery Group (SDG), a global social discovery company with 60+ brands and 500 million users, is seeking a Middle/Senior Product Analyst for its Video Services team. This role involves driving data-informed product growth through research, experimentation, and actionable insights. The analyst will design and conduct A/B tests, identify anomalies, search for growth opportunities, and maintain product dashboards to improve key product metrics.

Must Have:
  • Designing and conducting product experiments (defining test duration, evaluating A/B test results, and determining statistical significance)
  • Supporting the generation, prioritization, validation, and evaluation of hypotheses
  • Identifying causes of anomalies and metric deviations, and proactively signaling product issues
  • Searching for growth opportunities and developing hypotheses to improve key product metrics
  • Creating and maintaining product dashboards for continuous monitoring and decision-making
  • Higher education in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field
  • Solid knowledge and practical use of mathematical statistics and probability theory
  • Proficiency in data extraction, processing, and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel, SuperSet)
  • Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Strong understanding of core product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.)

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Product Analyst to join our team and help us drive data-informed product growth through research, experimentation, and actionable insights.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Designing and conducting product experiments (defining test duration, evaluating A/B test results, and determining statistical significance).
