Job Description

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager specializing in TikTok. This full-time, remote role involves launching and optimizing TikTok Ads campaigns, reporting and analyzing advertising performance using tools like GA4 and AppsFlyer, and scaling channels without increasing CPA. The manager will also focus on improving ROI and key metrics, and testing new targeting, ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives. The ideal candidate is a TikTok expert with at least one year of experience, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, possesses strong analytical skills, and is fluent in English (B2+) and Russian (C1+).
