Job Description
This Operations Analyst role involves providing support for service routines, focusing on the planning, monitoring, management, and control of operations and inventories. Key responsibilities include tracking and addressing deviations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate system recording and report generation according to established governance. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Office suite software, SAP, BW, and BI tools like Power BI and Spotfire, essential for data processing and management reporting. A higher education in related fields is mandatory.
Must Have:
- Experience related to job responsibilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite software.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Spotfire) for data processing and reports.
- Knowledge of BW system.
- Higher education in Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Experience related to the job responsibilities;
- Expected knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Office suite software. Knowledge of SAP system. Knowledge in the use of BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for information processing and issuance of management reports. Knowledge of BW system.
EDUCATION
- Education Level: Higher education in Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development or Information Technology Management or related courses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and assistance for service routines, in the areas of planning, monitoring, management, and control of operations and inventories, enabling the tracking and treatment of deviations found, in interaction with stakeholders, recording in the system and issuing reports according to the governance established for each type of demand.
