Act as a Process Specialist Consultant II with experience in occupational safety on offshore platforms to work on critical analysis, management, and development of Safety, Environment, and Health (SMS) indicators and processes for the project's Executive Management. The professional will be responsible for consolidating information, preparing materials for Critical Analysis Meetings (RACs), conducting structured analyses, and proposing action plans aimed at continuous improvement of SMS processes. This hiring aims to strengthen operational safety management, promoting rigorous control of indicators and the implementation of effective strategies to ensure compliance and excellence in safety processes.
- Perform operational tasks of medium complexity, being responsible for supporting and executing structured analysis of data and information, consolidating surveys, in addition to supporting and eventually guiding the execution of activities related to the development of solutions and implementation of improvements in the routine management and processes of the project's Executive Management.
- Research, structure, and consolidate information for the composition of documents, reports, and opinions related to the management of routines and processes, promoting consolidation, review, and availability for evaluation and final validation by professionals working on high-complexity demands and the CONTRACTED's lead manager, as well as PETROBRAS managers and specialists.
- Responsible for structuring the material for RACs (Critical Analysis Meetings) and managing and controlling the performance indicators and goals of the departments, with alerts, raising the history and behavior of indicators and goals, performing critical analysis, and structuring the prospective evolutionary view of results throughout the year, with a proposed action plan in case of deviations or risks of meeting the goal, whose content and formatting must be previously evaluated and validated by the lead manager before being presented to PETROBRAS managers and specialists in the respective RACs of managerial results.
- Direct support in structuring and developing performance indicator proposals, including, but not limited to, input collection, system feeding, results analysis, preparation of materials for managerial validation, and input revisions.
Higher Education: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other areas related to the specialty.
- Experience in the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Results-Oriented Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or other areas related to the specialty;
- Experience in Occupational Safety on Offshore platforms
- Hybrid regime, with availability to work in Rio de Janeiro.
