Job Description – BA (Accounts):
- Strong Business Analysis experience with proven expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Experience in customer onboarding and digital account servicing journeys, including process mapping and end-to-end delivery support.
- Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Technology, and Operations teams to capture, refine, and document business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in Agile delivery, including creating epics, user stories, and backlog management using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage global teams.
- Prior experience working with large global banks will be advantageous.
