FUNCTION SUMMARY
- Technological Services Integration Analysis;
- On-site regime in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an interface with ICT for infrastructure and logical systems issues. Work with ICT on testing, homologation, and acceptance activities for delivered solutions;
- Identify and act to solve performance problems in the environments and systems used by CICC;
- Perform remote tests on systems and equipment, analyze protocols, logs, and other necessary information to segment failures in ICT systems and services that support CICC;
- Create, maintain, and modify scripts in monitoring and security management tools. Support the design and maintenance of solution architecture within CICC;
- Support the adoption of low-code or other tools to propose solutions that support CICC operations, for example, automations that allow the simplification of work routines;
- Interact with suppliers regarding support activities and technological improvements related to solutions used within CICC;
- Analysis and support in correcting equipment configuration related to corporate security in partnership with ICT;
- Maintain and design alarms related to corporate security monitoring, including local equipment and facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Complete graduation in Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering (any emphasis);
- Post-graduation: Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering (any emphasis);
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working in service management or project management in large organizations.

- MC-OPT-001 - Operator training for Genetec Mission Control;
- SC-PMO-001 - Security Center: Plan Manager operators training;
- SC-MOT-001 - Security Center: Mobile operator trainingOSCP: Offensive Security Professional – Try harder;
- ISSP: Certified Information System Security Professional or similar security-related certification;
- ICS 100 - INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM.
MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE
- Unix, Windows, iOS, and Android Operating Systems;
- Change Management, Capacity Management, and Incident Management Processes – ITIL;
- Network and Information Technology and Telecommunications Infrastructure Management;
- ICT Operations (ITIL);
- Technical English (spoken and written).
