ROLE SUMMARY
- Process Support Analysis;
- On-site regime in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate CC activity indicators, based on the analysis and segmentation of results;
- Implement and monitor the task and demand management process within CC;
- Issue a monthly management report of service indicators, including executive summary, capabilities, trends, and performance;
- Implement and monitor the problem management process within CC;
- Evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the process, aligning with the established service level;
- Ensure the implementation of CC operation procedures, routines, and scripts, especially regarding the handover to the monitoring team and initial incident response;
- Propose communication texts related to incidents within CC, which must be evaluated and approved by the Client, for subsequent communication;
- Gather and consolidate records and documents requested by internal audit activities, investigations, or other requests from internal and external bodies, as per Client management guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education Level: Higher Education.
- Background: Administration; or Engineering (any emphasis); or Statistics; or graduation in Information Technology. Or Postgraduate in a related area.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in service management or project management in large organizations.
CERTIFICATIONS/TRAININGS
- a) CAPM – Certified Associate in Project Management;
- b) Agile Scrum
- c) ITIL Foundation
- d) ICS 100 - INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM
MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE:
- Office365 Tools
- Frameworks de gestão de riscos e tecnologia da informação (Cobit, RiskIT)
- Information Security Standards (ISO 2700 Family, ISO 15999)
- Project Management
- Technical English (spoken and written)
