SMS Analyst with a Focus on Data Analysis and Intelligence - Home Office

This role is for an SMS Analyst with a focus on Data Analysis and Intelligence, working remotely. The position requires solid experience in software programming or developing Business Intelligence solutions, along with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration. Responsibilities include supporting IT solution implementation, data updates, critical analysis of systems, proposing and developing prototypes, programming new tools using technologies like VBA, JavaScript, Python, M, and DAX, and developing Business Intelligence solutions.

Must Have

• Solid experience in software programming or developing Business Intelligence solutions.
• Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• Solid experience after completing the undergraduate course mentioned in the next item, working in software programming or in the development of Business Intelligence solutions.

EDUCATION

• Education Level: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration.

DESIRABLE

• Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Power BI;
• Power Automate;
• Power Apps.

ATTRIBUTIONS

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and control of IT solutions to meet value chain processes;
• Update data in computerized systems, acting in the organization, control, and maintenance of files;
• Critical analysis of the Client's systems and applications and their integral modules, comparing with market solutions and new technologies;
• Proposal and monitoring of the development of system and application prototypes for process improvement;
• Programming and development of new tools and applications using technologies that do not depend on hosting on corporate servers (client side), such as VBA, JAVAScript, Python, M, and DAX and/or approving evolutionary improvements in existing solutions;
• Proposal and development of Business Intelligence solutions such as, but not limited to: MS Power BI, SAP Business Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, among others;
• Automation of routines with the creation/maintenance of scripts, creation/maintenance of databases/information, maintenance and/or creation of screens, generation/update of spreadsheets;
• Specification of Data Flows and Information Links containing data from computerized systems.
