SMS Analyst - Data Intelligence Focus - Home Office

This role supports the implementation, maintenance, and control of IT solutions for the value chain, involving data updates, critical analysis of systems, prototyping, and development of new tools and applications using technologies like VBA, JavaScript, Python, M, and DAX. The analyst will also develop Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and automate routines, creating and maintaining databases and information links.

Must Have

• Experience in software programming or developing Business Intelligence solutions after graduation.
• Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Administration.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and control of IT solutions.
• Update data in computerized systems, organizing and maintaining files.
• Critically analyze client systems and applications, comparing with market solutions and new technologies.
• Propose and monitor the development of system and application prototypes.
• Program and develop new tools using VBA, JavaScript, Python, M, and DAX.
• Propose and develop Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., MS Power BI, SAP BI, Tableau).
• Automate routines with script creation/maintenance, database creation/maintenance, and spreadsheet generation/update.
• Specify Data Flows and Information Links from computerized systems.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• Experience after completing the undergraduate course mentioned in the next item, working in software programming or in the development of solutions in Business Intelligence tools.

EDUCATION

• Graduation: Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems or Statistics or Administration.

ATTRIBUTIONS

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and control of IT solutions to meet value chain processes;
• Update data in computerized systems, acting in the organization, control, and maintenance of files;
• Critical analysis of the Client's systems and applications and their integral modules, comparing with market solutions and new technologies;
• Proposal and monitoring of the development of system and application prototypes for process improvement;
• Programming and development of new tools and applications using technologies that do not depend on hosting on corporate servers (client side), such as VBA, JAVAScript, Python, M and DAX and/or homologating evolutionary improvements in existing solutions;
• Proposal and development of Business Intelligence solutions such as, but not limited to: MS Power BI, SAP Business Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, among others;
• Automation of routines with the creation/maintenance of scripts, creation/maintenance of databases/information, maintenance and/or creation of screens, generation/update of spreadsheets;
• Specification of Data Flows and Information Links containing data from computerized systems.
