Senior Operations Analyst / Hybrid - Rio de Janeiro

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the area.

EDUCATION

• Education Level: Higher Education: Undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other related areas validated by contractual management;
• Post-Graduation with a minimum workload of 360 hours in the following specialties: Business Intelligence (BI), Data Science, Big Data, Visual Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or other related areas validated by Petrobras' contractual management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for guiding, supervising, and reviewing the execution of operational activities and tasks related to the structuring, management, and monitoring of action plans, critical analysis of complex problems involving digital transformation, with the proposal of solutions and implementation of improvements in standards and processes;
• Directly advise on exploring data with the application of mathematical models, statistics, algorithms, and artificial intelligence, allowing the identification of consistent patterns of association rules, temporal sequences, systematic relationships between variables, correlation between events, thus enabling new, more refined and structured data subsets, building a prospective vision and trends of events and results;
• Directly responsible for preparing, supervising, reviewing, and developing dynamic reports (online in nature), using BI tools, VBA, Access, Spotfire, Script, Broadcast, database concepts, advanced Excel, PI tools;
• Responsible for transforming, reviewing, supervising the analysis of data into visual representations, such as graphs, diagrams, and histograms, to facilitate data understanding.
