Job Description

Nissan is seeking an Agent Support Specialist to revolutionize mobility. This role involves being the main local interface for end customer order topics, supervising invoicing and payment processes, and liaising with Finance and third-party financing. The specialist will also support insurance questions, issue management, system change requests, and process optimization. Key liaisons include Nissan’s Business Centre Team in Budapest, Santander, and other banks, along with system suppliers. The role also provides support and backup to the Agent System Section Manager.
Must have:
  • Main local interface with agent network for any end customer order related topics.
  • Supervise MSX management of invoicing and payment process + liaison with Finance & Financing 3rd party
  • Support with insurance questions
  • Support in issue management and problem solving.
  • Support operations in system change requests
  • Optimize and streamlining the processes, order check and documentation.
  • Key liaison with Nissan’s Business Centre Team in Budapest
  • Key liaison with Santander and other banks
  • Support with system suppliers
  • Support with communication and information to agents.
  • Support and back-up Agent System Section Manager.
Good to have:
  • Experience in an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant SAP experience is a plus.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Experience in an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous.
  • Higher education at Bachelor's level in finance or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; relevant SAP experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Structured and detail-oriented.
