We are currently looking for a Supervisor, Parts Distribution Center to join our team. This role is a key stepping stone to management and is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping of parts and accessories.
• Develop work plans, assign tasks, and ensure workflow meets schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and coach team members, driving performance, professional development, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory control, dealer returns, and resolution of order discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and costs through Nissan Production Way (NPW) methodologies.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years of related experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or work leader experience, including training and assigning work.
• Strong knowledge of workflow management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform work onsite with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree or related college diploma.
• Industry accreditation in logistics or supply chain.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations, workplace safety standards, and hazardous materials handling.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience applying lean methodologies.
