Job Description

This role is a key stepping stone to management and is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising daily warehouse operations, developing work plans, leading and coaching team members, overseeing inventory control, and optimizing warehouse processes using Nissan Production Way (NPW) methodologies.
Must have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of related experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or work leader experience, including training and assigning work
  • Strong knowledge of workflow management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform work onsite in Brampton with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or related college diploma
  • Industry accreditation in logistics or supply chain
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations, workplace safety standards, and hazardous materials handling
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience applying lean methodologies

We are currently looking for a Supervisor, Parts Distribution Center to join our team. This role is a key stepping stone to management and is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping of parts and accessories.
  • Develop work plans, assign tasks, and ensure workflow meets schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead and coach team members, driving performance, professional development, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee inventory control, dealer returns, and resolution of order discrepancies.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and costs through Nissan Production Way (NPW) methodologies.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:
