Key Responsibilities:

Risk Framework

• Design and implement AI Governance to capture and control novel AI risks,
• Monitor AI use case scenarios and expected responses calibrated to novelty and complexity,
• Risk review and prioritize for validation AI use cases,
• Support design of AI Approval Flows.

Governance Coordination

• Lead all the work on the integration of AI approvals into Architecture Governance,
• Centralize and manage all relevant AI cross-divisional collaboration around AI governance, such as Privacy, Compliance, Data, Legal, Technology, Cyber Risk,
• Liaise with business, CTO, and CIO on all AI risk relevant matters.

Regulatory Landscape

• Liaise with GRRS on any regulation updates regarding AI,
• Monitor all regulatory requirements regarding AI and update any related policies and controls,
• Create reporting on all requirements for current model inventory.

Development and Validation

• Track AI model development across the firm and coordinate with all risk controls, maintain AI model list,
• Support the validation team by 1st line coordination around AI models.

AI Risk Culture, Communication, and Training

• Embed AI risk culture, and communication about LSEG AI risk management both internally and externally,
• Support from Risk perspective all LSEG AI thought leadership initiatives, such as LSEG Global AI Series,
• Design AI Risk training for all relevant stakeholders,
• Maintain AI share point and external notes around LSEG AI compliance.

Senior Management and Committees

• Prepare executive committee and senior management materials concerning AI risks,
• Organize and lead risk forums such as Responsible AI Working Group,
• Liaise with any senior committees that serve as escalation point for AI issues.
