Job Description

This role is for a Billing Analyst within Philips' LATAM Back Office team in Varginha-MG, Brazil. You will manage invoices for medical equipment contracts and perform administrative activities for Latin American operations and services. The position offers flexible work with internal and external clients, ensuring processes align with internal procedures. It's a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two days remote.

Must Have:
  • Create invoices in the system (contracts, individual, and guarantees)
  • Close service orders without contracts
  • Ensure all invoices are issued on time

  • Intermediate Spanish is mandatory
  • Previous experience with administrative activities
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory

You will work in the billing team, managing invoices for medical equipment contracts, which is part of the LATAM Back Office team in Varginha-MG. Administrative activities for operations and services in Latin America, within Philips' Global Business Services structure, so that processes are carried out according to internal procedures. In this team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly with various groups of internal and external clients.

Your Role (hours from 09:30 to 19:00 with 2-hour flexibility)

  • Creation of invoices in the system (contracts, individual, and guarantees)
  • Closing service orders that do not have a contract
  • Ensuring all invoices are issued on time
  • Creation of debit and credit notes upon request
  • Support to leadership with reports related to the area of activity

You will succeed in this position if:

  • Complete Higher Education
  • Intermediate Spanish is mandatory to deal with the Latin America team
  • Previous experience with administrative activities
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory
