Job Description

Responsible for guaranteeing the supply chain of production parts into AILN supply program for the Worldwide Export Operation for both new models and serial models in order to meet Alliance Production plans despite current global semiconductors constrain and other global issues. This role involves managing SDAR KPIs, emergency orders, and in-house parts requirements. The analyst will also coordinate EOP, ensure supplier releases, and lead crisis management to prevent part shortages. Key responsibilities include tracking parts and transport, providing customer service, and supporting team members.

  • Lead crisis management at suppliers to avoid lack of parts
  • Monitor suppliers service rate performance

  • Assure suppliers payment
  • Recover OT & airfreight through credit note
  • Ensure parts supply through Alliance convergence and internal department interaction
  • Support & guide NISSAN’s team members
  • Manage Skill up Training of crew
  • Track Parts Control
  • Track Transport
  • Provide Customer service
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • SDAR KPI management.
  • Emergency Orders management.
  • In house parts requirement + steel requirement control.
  • EOP coordination.
  • Suppliers release (firm & forecast) assurance.
  • Crisis management at suppliers. Lead the improvement plan to avoid lack of parts.
  • Suppliers service rate performance.
  • RDR’s management.
  • Suppliers payment assurance.
  • OT & airfreight recovery trough credit note.
  • Alliance convergence. Interaction with several internal departments to guarantee the parts supply.
  • Support & guide to NISSAN’s team members.
  • Skill up Training Management of crew.

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:

  • Parts Control tracking.
  • Transport tracking.
  • Customer service.

2. Years of Experience:

  • Recently graduated or 1 year of experience in parts control processes inside or outside the company.

3. Education:

  • Industrial Engineering or any engineering degree.
  • Language: English Basic A2 (200 TOEIC score).

4. Specific Course/Certifications:

  • Skills: Excel intermediate, PowerPoint intermediate, Outlook.
  • Negotiation & follow up with suppliers.
