Job Description

Safeguard the company's operational assets and control access for employees, contractors, and visitors. Coordination, ensuring compliance with internal plant regulations, managing entry and exit documents for personnel and tools, and reporting significant incidents to management.
Must have:
  • Pedestrian and vehicular access control.
  • Induction courses for new supplier personnel.
  • Access controls in OnGuard System.
  • Security personnel control.
  • Emergency response.
  • Knowledge of STPS standard 031.
  • Work supervision.
Good to have:
  • Intermediate English level.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pedestrian and vehicular access control.
  • Induction courses for new supplier personnel.
  • Access controls in OnGuard System.
  • Security personnel control.
  • Emergency response.
  • Knowledge of STPS standard 031.
  • Work supervision.

Education/Certifications:

  • Technical or Bachelor's Degree.

Previous Work Experience:

  • Patrimonial Security areas.
  • HR document administration and control.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Travel %: Yes
  • Must have: Knowledge of STPS standard 031.
  • Leadership, personnel management, reliability, honesty.
  • Nice to have: Intermediate English level.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Risk Management / Access Control.
