Job Summary

Job Description

Performs SAP data management functions for all aspects of contracts/subcontracts and other legally binding documents. Coordinates and submits deliverable data to the contracts’ representative. Provides SAP data entry skills for all contract/subcontract terms, understands and reviews contractual data requirements, and coordinates the submittal of data to the respective contracts lead. This position typically works under minimal supervision and and direction.
Must have:
  • Review contract, statements of work, and specifications to determine data submission requirements.
  • Review supplier data for accuracy and contract requirements.
  • Manage data requirements for subcontracts including determining requirements for RFPs, receiving/distributing/coordinating review of submissions, and processing approvals.
  • Store and retrieve documents by electronic media to maintain control.
  • Identify data requirements and coordinate assignment of cognizant personnel for data preparation.
  • Coordinate data development/preparation for submittal to the customer.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export license statutes and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Four (4)+ years of related experience.
  • Familiarity with necessary military, commercial, and international terms and conditions.
  • Ability to use computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
  • Capability of working at a computer terminal (workstation) up to nine hours per day.
  • Ability to perform tasks under work deadlines.
  • Good reasoning, problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal direction, and effectively interface with technical employees, management, and customers.
  • Effective communication, both verbal and in written form, in English.

This position typically works under minimal supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews contract, statements of work, and specifications to determine data submission requirements.
  • Reviews supplier data for accuracy and contract requirements.
  • Manages data requirements for subcontracts with tasks consisting:

(1) Determines data requirements for subcontract request for proposals;

(2) Receives, distributes, and coordinates the review of subcontract data submissions;

(3) processes approval of contract/ subcontract data.

  • Stores and retrieves documents by electronic media to maintain control of documents.
  • Identifies data requirements and coordinates the assignment of cognizant personnel for data preparation.
  • Coordinates data development/preparation for submittal to the customer.
