Apprenticeship located in Châtellerault (86)

The HSE department of the Brelandière site ensures that objectives are met in collaboration with the management team.

You will work with the HSE manager and the assistant of the HSE/Immo/Security department.

The objective is to deploy a safety culture through a strong field presence and continuous awareness.

Your Missions:

• Participate in the implementation of the ISO 14001 standard and environmental regulatory watch.
• Assist in drafting procedures, instructions, forms, job descriptions.
• Help with waste management and the recovery of non-hazardous waste.
• Update training, animations, and awareness sessions for our teams on various HSE topics focused on an environmental approach.
• Help consolidate the field safety & environmental approach implemented by conducting regular safety visits, performing internal audits, risk analysis, and effective visual management (display, signage...)

Your Profile:

Are you preparing a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in the HSE field?

Are you capable of performing a risk analysis?

Have you studied the general HSE documentation system (job descriptions, general procedures, DUER/PAPRIPACT...)?

Ideally, do you have knowledge of ergonomic, chemical, handling, and electrical risks?

Are you comfortable speaking (intervening in field meetings)?

Are your autonomy, curiosity, proactiveness, critical thinking, and analytical skills recognized assets?

The position may require access to information related to national defense secrecy; the selected person will undergo a security clearance procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2311-1 et seq. of the Defense Code and IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE of August 9, 2021.
