This role involves designing and developing editors and automation tools based on commercial engines to enhance efficiency in art, animation, and special effects within game development. The specialist will also be responsible for secondary development and plugin creation for DCC tools like 3ds Max, Blender, and Houdini. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher, be proficient in programming languages like Python, MaxScript, or C++, and possess strong algorithm and data structure fundamentals. A passion for games and good communication skills are essential.

Job Requirements

3. Familiarity with secondary development of at least one DCC tool (e.g., 3DSMax/Blender, Houdini) is a plus;

4. Passion for games, familiar with game development processes, strong interest in tool development;

5. Good communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with art and programming teams.
