1. Responsible for character, prop, and creature skeleton setup, skinning, and testing.
2. Responsible for importing rigging assets into the engine for testing, and setting up ControlRig when necessary.
3. Maintain or develop rigging tools and plugins to improve daily work efficiency.
4. Collaborate with modeling and animation teams to test rigging effects and troubleshoot upstream and downstream issues.
5. Skilled in using and creating MetaHuman for Maya facial rigging, setting up ControlRig for UE engine faces, and assisting with real-time facial capture testing with the engine.
1. Associate degree or above, passionate about games, and a strong interest in game development.
2. 3 years or more of relevant work experience.
3. Proficient in Maya rigging, familiar with Max rigging processes, skilled in using relevant plugins, and willing to learn related technical processes.
4. Understand Unreal Engine asset import processes and can assist in troubleshooting issues with rigged models.
5. Familiarity with and mastery of Maya, Max, and UE script code is a plus.
6. Possess teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, good at learning and summarizing, willing to share, and able to work under certain pressure.
