Job Description

This role involves supporting both accounting and people & culture departments. Key responsibilities include managing accounting matters, preparing payments, handling cash, and administering projects. In HR, you will assist with administrative processes like onboarding, time tracking, vacation, and managing employee benefits and data. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and possesses excellent communication and teamwork abilities. This is a contract position for 1 year, with potential for permanent employment, and part-time work is possible.

Must Have:
  • Manage accounting matters in cooperation with the accounting department
  • Support with preliminary accounting
  • Check and prepare payment transactions
  • Manage the cash register
  • Administer and monitor projects in the agency software
  • Process incoming mail
  • Support managing administrative HR processes (On- & Offboarding, time tracking, vacation, illness)
  • Support creating and managing job advertisements, contracts, supplementary agreements, and terminations
  • Manage employee benefits
  • Maintain employee data in the agency software

Your Profile:

  • Enjoyment of dealing with numbers and good analytical understanding
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to work concentrated, independently, and carefully
  • High quality standards for your work and a good eye for detail
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes, structures, and software
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A structured, organized way of working – even in busy phases, you keep an overview
  • First experience in the advertising or photo industry is a plus, but not a must

The position is initially to be filled for 1 year as a maternity cover, ideally with the aim of a subsequent permanent position. Part-time employment is possible.

Your Tasks in Accounting:

  • Management of accounting matters in cooperation with the accounting department
  • Support with preliminary accounting
  • Checking and preparing payment transactions
  • Managing the cash register
  • Administrative management and monitoring of projects in the agency software
  • Processing incoming mail

Your Tasks in People & Culture:

  • Support in managing all administrative HR processes (On- & Offboarding, time tracking, vacation, illness)
  • Support in creating and managing job advertisements, contracts, supplementary agreements, and terminations
  • Management of employee benefits such as VWL, Proficards, sports cards, etc.
  • Maintenance of employee data in the agency software
