Job Description

The Assistant, Production & Development will support the Executive Vice President, Production and Development for the Motion Picture group. This position requires a talented individual who will handle a variety of administrative duties in support of daily operations in production and development area, including calendar management, call handling, document tracking, expense reports, and meeting notes.
Must have:
  • Maintain calendar and scheduling
  • Answer and roll calls
  • File and track all incoming and existing creative/administrative documents
  • Prepare expense reports and travel arrangements
  • Complete and submit expense reports
  • Log and review incoming creative submissions
  • Take notes on calls and meetings
  • Experience with executive level calendar management and travel coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to have:
  • Previous experience as an assistant preferred
  • Working knowledge of the film industry
