The Associate Manager Ecommerce and Specialized Channels will be responsible for developing and executing the brands marketing strategy in ecommerce and specialized channels. You will coordinate key account managers, agencies and brand managers to create customer focused plans that align commercial, marketing, company, and sales goals. You will also lead the implementation of marketing plans with the commercial team, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of UX experience and digital merchandising for brand store creation and customer journey optimization, as well as experience in SEO, digital analytics, and generating insights.
Must have:
  • Experience in Ecommerce and Online Advertisement
  • Experience in SEO, Digital Analytics, and Generation of Insights
  • Understanding of Digital Metrics
  • Familiarity with Data Structures, Attribution Models
  • Ability to Make Relationships Between Different Data Sources
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
  • Experience in Leading Cross-Functional Teams
Good to have:
  • Experience in the Toy or Entertainment Industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms
  • Experience with AdWords or other online advertising platforms
  • Experience with social media marketing

The Associate Manager Ecommerce and Specialized Channels main goal main goal is to develop and execute the brands marketing strategy in ecommerce and specialized channels to achieve defined business objectives, ensuring the proper strategy, development, execution, and benchmarking of marketing efforts to increase sales and online brand visibility.

  • Coordinate key account managers, agencies and brand managers to create customer focused plans that align commercial, marketing, company, and sales goals.
  • Develop and nurture direct relationships with ecommerce agency team and global teams aligning to full-year planning agendas.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing plans with the commercial team across customers and performance measurement of the results by identifying and measuring relevant KPIs.
  • Optimization of marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness by identifying opportunities in visibility, audiences, catalogue, pricing, ads formats through constant performance tracking of sales, market behaviour, consumer trends and campaign analysis.
  • UX experience and digital merchandising knowledge for brand store creation and customer journey optimization through advertisements.
  • Experience in SEO, digital analytics, and generation of insights.
  • Understands digital metrics and possess previous ecommerce and online advertisement knowledge.
  • Is familiarized with data structures, attribution models and can make relationships between different data sources.
  • Administrating media split and budget to maximize sales and profitable considering consumer’s behaviour.
  • Crafting messages in monthly campaigns for different clients and brands.

Data analysis and planning for accurate decision making

•Financial KPIs analyse (Revenues, Variable Margin, OP)

•Weekly analysis of sell out, sell in, inventories, sell thru, pricing and distribution

Ensure excellence in execution working as a team with other areas of the organization.

•Build and support strategic business relationships with Customers to maximize Hasbro presence in store and retailers touch points.

•Provide guidance and support to sales and trade in the execution of their plans to deliver results at POS.

•Meeting with clients and collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments (marketing assistants, marketing managers, KAMS, KAES, Finance, and operations managers, etc…)

Leadership of cross functional teams.

Responsible for growing our brands in ecommerce by creating the correct channel management for brands and products to develop omnichannel strategies.

Is a person that conducts themselves with character & integrity, who proposes new ideas and acts with courage.

Open to change, flexible and resilient, accountable, and committed to solve problems, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and is the person who provides rationale for recommendations.

Main problems to resolve will be internal alignment with sales team and partner with the agency to have profitable and sustainable campaigns. Review with brand and sales teams to have accurate price points and discounts. Able to bring new ideas to the table to generate a better user online experience according to trends.
