Job Description
As an Associate Engineer (Trainee) at Nagarro, you will be involved in the full software development life cycle (SDLC). Your responsibilities will include developing flowcharts, layouts, and documentation, writing well-designed and testable code, producing specifications, integrating software components, developing verification plans, documenting and maintaining software functionality, troubleshooting and debugging existing systems, deploying programs, evaluating user feedback, ensuring software updates, and complying with project plans and industry standards. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must Have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business and business environment
- Willing to learn, adapt, and keep pace with changing technology
- Native level proficiency in Japanese
- Good proficiency in English
- Japanese Citizen

Job Description
- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
- Comply with project plans and industry standards.
- Ensure software is updated with latest features.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business and business environment.
- Willing to learn, adapt and keep pace with rapidly changing technology landscape.
- Native level proficiency in Japanese, good proficiency in English.
- Must be a Japanese citizen.
