Must have:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience with certifications.
  • Pardot experience with relevant certifications.
  • 5-7 years experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of email marketing and web analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Position Overview
  • The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for administering operations functions and project managing key Salesforce & Pardot initiatives relevant to marketing, sales & client services. As a member of the Marketing Team you will work closely with marketing, sales, and client services leadership to support our approach to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s utilization of both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot. The Marketing Automation Manager will support the team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and the integration of 3rd party tools and applications.  
  • The successful candidate will have Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot expertise and a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. They will be responsible fordata management, import, and validation, email execution, KPI reporting, analysis and optimization, new process roll outs, and managing/enforcing marketing, sales and client services processes. You will have the ability to improve the effectiveness of current processes and procedures to drive change. 
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot for the Marketing team. 
  • Manage marketing email creation, workflow, approvals, and delivery 
  • Maintain internal house lists for email marketing and promotion with focus on deliverability 
  • Create and maintain Salesforce campaigns, leads, assignment queues 
  • Cleanse and import data around contacts, leads, accounts, and opportunities. 
  • Ensure the optimization of new marketing & sales tools and techniques that are implemented. 
  • Analyze marketing & sales activities and metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement solutions for increased funnel conversion 
  • Improve and develop new reporting and dashboards in order to provide marketing & sales performance analysis and insights. 
  • Manage data hygiene and establish processes therein.   
  • Support a data-driven culture and align business priorities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, make recommendations, and execute on technical and business requirements. 
  • Share project updates and clearly communicate metrics by providing a perspective on what's working and not working, building and leveraging insights from reports, dashboards to provide actionable data. 
  • Improve adoption and productivity by providing training and documentation on process changes and key functionality/features of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot. 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for teams 
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of marketing & sales data in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Pardot. 
  • Assist as needed with the on-boarding and training process of new marketing, sales and client services users. 
  • Establish and maintain on-going and effective communication with all levels of the organization. 
Required Skills
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience required with relevant certifications. 
  • Pardot experience required, with relevant certifications 
  • 5-7 years of experience in a high performing growth environment 
  • Bachelor/Masters's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint 
  • Knowledge of email marketing, web analytics preferred 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships internally  
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
