- Support the Studio in establishing milestones and game progress indicators
Ensure the management and smooth running of the project by coordinating the various stakeholders and activities
- Be the main point of contact for the Studio regarding game production

- Identify, mobilize, and supervise internal resources for project execution (QA, playtest, release management)
- Identify and propose external resources to the Studio, if technical reinforcement is needed, then negotiate contracts within the defined budget limit
- Plan and coordinate the intervention of external teams (localization, QA, and potentially porting)
- Analyze and validate milestones with the studios
- Coordinate exchanges with platform holders (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Apple, Google) and ensure compliance with technical constraints, submission processes, and specific guidelines (TRC, Lotcheck, etc.)
- Guarantee adherence to budget, schedule, and quality by managing potential risks (identification, criticality estimation, proposal, and activation of solutions to address them)
- Arbitrate budgetary decisions with the Product Manager's validation
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communication teams on key milestones (game release date, etc.)
- Ensure post-launch follow-up of the game in coordination with the Studio to identify bugs, integrate player feedback, and plan corrective or content updates
Analysis and reporting
- Produce reports on project progress
