Job Description

SS&C Eze provides premier global investment technology. The Eclipse Client Service team is growing and works with clients and R&D teams on the cloud-native investment management solution. This role involves handling service requests, diagnosing incidents, assisting with daily operations, owning client and internal projects, managing case queues, collaborating with internal teams for bug fixes, and advocating for product enhancements to meet client needs and support scalability.

Must Have:
  • Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents.
  • Assist with daily operations for the platform.
  • Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators.
  • Own internal projects working with R&D.
  • Manage case queue and ensure timely handling with effective prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Development, Project Management).
  • Advocate for product enhancements.
  • Recent work experience in Financial Services, Investment Technology, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Technology troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial markets.
  • Experience collaborating with Software Development teams.
  • Proven ability to support client's troubleshooting requests.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and assist with daily operations for the platform
  • Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators, as well as internal projects working with R&D
  • More experienced consultants are expected to train associates, act as an escalation point, and handle more complex or nuanced projects
  • Manage case queue and ensure cases are handled in a timely manner with effective prioritization of tasks on hand
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Development, Project Management etc.) to ensure successful fixes for any bugs to achieve a quick resolution for client satisfaction
  • Advocate for product enhancements to meet evolving client needs and support scalability

What You Will Bring:

  • Recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in a technology or client-facing and support role
  • Familiarity in related subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
  • Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support
  • Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Understanding of financial markets and related processes
  • Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment processes
  • Experience training employees on a growing team
  • Understanding of account and project management best practices
  • Proven ability to support client's troubleshooting requests in a timely manner
  • Willing to work early-shifts (if required)
