Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking an experienced Audio & Visual Technician to join their team. This hands-on role involves setting up, operating, and supporting AV systems for live streams, hybrid meetings, and internal events. The technician will be the on-site execution lead, working with stakeholders and remote teams to deliver high-quality audiovisual experiences. Responsibilities include event execution, live support, equipment operation and maintenance, and collaboration with clients and teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AV experience, strong hands-on skills with audio, video, and presentation systems, familiarity with event platforms, and excellent communication skills.
Good To Have:- Experience in corporate, hybrid event, or broadcast environment
- Experience troubleshooting issues in real-time
- Ability to work in technical environments requiring standing, reaching, light rigging
Must Have:- 3+ years of AV experience
- Hands-on skills with audio, video, presentation systems
- Comfortable operating PTZ cameras, switchers, audio consoles, routers, signal processors
- Familiarity with event platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and follow-through
