The engineer will implement workflow optimization strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and promote best practices. Key responsibilities include evaluating and implementing tools like PPAP, Agile, Kaizen, and Kanban, developing process documentation, and utilizing data analytics tools such as Python, Tableau, and Power BI to create dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
