Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg is offering a 3.5-year apprenticeship (potentially shorter with exceptional performance) as a Mechatronics Technician for Systems and High-Voltage Technology. The program involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing electric and hybrid vehicles, identifying and resolving malfunctions, configuring climate, comfort, and safety systems, and working with high-voltage components. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience in areas such as wheel alignment, brake system repair, and powertrain maintenance. Successful completion leads to a responsible position within Tesla, opening doors to career advancement opportunities.
Must have:
- Good knowledge of physics, technology, and math
- MSA, Realschule, or Abitur
- Proactive and responsible
- Technical aptitude and dexterity

- Klima-, Komfort- und Sicherheitssysteme parametrieren, Betriebswerte einstellen
- Fahrwerk vermessen und ggf. einstellen, Bremsanlagen reparieren, einstellen und Verschleißteile austauschen
- Antriebsaggregate Instand setzen
- Hochvoltkomponenten installieren, anschließen, verbinden sowie Service und Wartung durchführen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse und Interesse an den Fächern Physik, Werken/Technik, Mathematik.
- Du hast einen MSA, Realschulabschluss oder das Abi in der Tasche.
- Du bist ein/e Macher/in.
- Umsicht, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind keine Fremdwörter für dich.
- Du bringst eine große Portion Geschicklichkeit und technisches Verständnis mit.
