Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Innovative Algorithm Development: Design and implement stateoftheart flight control algorithms for autonomous UAVs, driving advancements in flight autonomy.
• Sensor Fusion Mastery: Develop and integrate robust sensor fusion techniques for enhanced perception and navigation capabilities.
• Simulation and Validation: Conduct rigorous simulations to validate the performance and reliability of autonomous systems.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to optimize both hardware and software integration, ensuring seamless operation.
• Data Analysis Excellence: Perform indepth data analysis to continually improve system accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in autonomous flight technology, applying cuttingedge innovations to ongoing projects.
• Technical Documentation: Contribute to the development of comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Algorithm Development: Proven experience in developing and implementing sophisticated flight control algorithms.
• Programming Proficiency: Expertise in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sensor fusion, computer vision, and machine learning techniques.
• Simulation Tools: Experience with simulation tools and environments (e.g., Gazebo, ROS, PX4).
