The Beauty CM (Onboarding & Growth) leads the growth of the beauty category by recruiting trendy new brands and continuously expanding partnerships. Additionally, they plan and operate various promotions for Qoo10 Japan's customers to increase sales and strategically expand the category portfolio.

We want to work with these people

• Someone with at least 1 year of beauty category MD experience.
• Someone with experience in establishing and executing strategies for continuous sales growth of partner companies and achieving actual results.
• Someone with experience in leading the growth of the responsible category by sourcing trendy products based on collaboration with partners.
• Someone who can systematically operate various promotions with relevant teams based on smooth communication skills.
• Someone who fits well with the team and is passionate about their work.

It's even better if you have these points

• Someone who can lead collaborations with relevant stakeholders, such as for promotions, based on smooth communication skills.
• Someone who is proficient in Japanese beyond business level.
