Provides basic administration support for all health and wellness plans, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance and Nasdaq’s Pension Plan.
Runs routine reports and analyses on benefits plan performance and prepares monthly billing invoices.
Responds to routine benefits inquiries.
Ensures benefits elections forms are updated, created and available for distribution.
Uses HRIS system to process benefits changes for new hires and other employment changes.
Provides drafting and scheduling support for benefits orientation sessions and open enrollment communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Creating and manipulating pivot table Utilizing VLOOKUP and other lookup functions
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree require
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience Required: At least 2 years.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Special Qualifications: Enrolled in Benefits Certification Program.
