Job Description

Joining Thales in Meudon, you will be part of the Group's headquarters, focusing on social benefits in France, primarily health, provident, employee savings, and retirement. Your main missions will involve participating in the management and monitoring of social benefits, acting as a privileged contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to employee questions, updating reference documents, participating in annual campaigns, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes. You will also contribute to valuing social benefits through communication and training, and participate in retirement and employee shareholding projects.
Must have:
  • Participate in the management and monitoring of social benefits in France.
  • Be the privileged daily contact for internal (payroll/HR) and external (brokers, managers, etc.) stakeholders on French health and expatriate topics.
  • Respond to employee questions on employee savings and shareholding schemes.
  • Update employee savings reference documents and related documentation.
  • Participate in the deployment of annual participation, profit-sharing, and value-sharing bonus campaigns.
  • Ensure continuous compliance and proper application of social schemes.
  • Monitor social regulations and propose necessary evolutions.
  • Manage and optimize internal and external processes related to social benefits.
  • Higher education (Bac+5 equivalent) with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Aptitude for figures and social regulations.
  • Good level of English.
  • Sense of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Very good command of Excel.
  • Organization, planning, rigor, autonomy, anticipation, adaptability.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Participate in the valuation of social benefits in France through communication and training.
  • Contribute to the evolution and annual realization of the French BSI.
  • Participate in the management of files related to Retirement.
  • Participate in the employee shareholding project for France.

Your daily life

By joining us, you will join the Thales Group headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together our digital identity and security activities.

The Social Benefits Department primarily covers health and provident, employee savings, and retirement for employees in France.

Your main missions will consist of:

  • Participating in the management and monitoring of social benefits in France:
  • Being the privileged daily contact for internal (payroll/HR) and external (brokers, managers, etc.) stakeholders on French health and expatriate topics, relaying information from the Group's Social Benefits Director (provident, health, dependency, social fund)
  • Answering employee questions on topics related to employee savings and employee shareholding schemes (mainly by email)
  • Updating Employee Savings reference documents and documentation related to the schemes
  • Participating in the deployment of annual participation, profit-sharing, and value-sharing bonus campaigns, where applicable
  • Ensuring reporting and surveys related to social benefits (BDES, PIPA, CSRD, etc.)
  • Continuously ensuring compliance and proper application of social schemes versus internal provisions (monitoring agreements, etc.)
  • Ensuring permanent monitoring of regulations related to social benefits, and proposing all adapted/necessary evolutions to ensure perfect compliance of our schemes
  • Managing and optimizing internal and external processes related to social benefits
  • Participating in the valuation of social benefits in France:
  • Preparing communication and campaigns related to the schemes (intranet, roadshows in different sites to disseminate the schemes available to employees, Employee Savings Week, etc.) in conjunction with the communication department
  • Participating in the development and training of various internal stakeholders on French Social Benefits topics: HR contacts and managers
  • Managing information related to French social benefits schemes on the French intranet (being proactive in proposing improvements, updating information according to scheme evolutions, etc.)
  • Contributing to the evolution of the French BSI and its annual realization
  • Participating in the management of files related to Retirement: administrative management and monitoring of retirement files, annual calculation of supplementary retirement contributions, liaison with the payroll department, participating in potential calls for tenders, managing the dedicated email inbox, etc.
  • Participating in the employee shareholding project for France: participating in the project regularly deployed within the group (in conjunction with another team member, responsible for the overall project)
  • Participating in various social benefits projects in France depending on the candidate's profile.

Desired profile

  • Higher education (Bac+5 equivalent) ideally with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Aptitude for figures and social regulations.
  • A good level of English is required for your exchanges with the Group.
