Zipdev is looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 3 years of experience to join a client's sales team. The primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and schedule new meetings by employing a multi-channel outreach strategy. The SDR will target finance and HR decision-makers, typically at the Director level or higher, within U.S. companies that have between 100 and 1,000 employees. This involves proactive prospecting via calls, emails, social media, and CRM tools, researching target companies, booking meetings, updating CRM records, and collaborating with teams to refine strategies, all while meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators for outreach and booked meetings.
