Job Description
This role involves technical leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing SIEM and NDR solutions, specifically managing Exabeam and Darktrace. Key responsibilities include level 3 cybersecurity incident management, developing SIEM rules and NDR models, and providing technical advice. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in SIEM and NDR administration, 3 years in technical leadership, and advanced knowledge in risk management and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and project management skills in cybersecurity are essential.

- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CEH).
- Knowledge in vulnerability management and compliance regulations.
- Experience in technical project management.
Must Have:
- Lead SIEM/NDR solution design and optimization.
- Administer and configure Exabeam (SIEM) and Darktrace (NDR).
- Manage and resolve Level 3 cybersecurity incidents.
- Develop and adjust SIEM/NDR rules for threat detection.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients.
- Manage cybersecurity projects (SIEM, NDR, VM, CTI).
- Document processes and ensure security regulation compliance.
- Minimum 5 years in SIEM and NDR administration.
- Minimum 3 years in technical leadership and team management.
- Advanced knowledge in risk and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Exabeam SIEM/SOAR and Darktrace.
What success looks like in this role:
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership in the design, implementation, and optimization of SIEM and NDR solutions.
- Administration and configuration of Exabeam (SIEM) and Darktrace (NDR).
- Management and resolution of Level 3 cybersecurity incidents.
- Development and adjustment of SIEM rules and NDR models for improved threat detection.
- Technical advice and support to internal and external clients.
- Project management in cybersecurity with a focus on SIEM, NDR, VM, and CTI.
- Process documentation and compliance with security regulations.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
