Job Description

Billing Analysts will possess good skills to deliver operation schedules, ticket tracking, reporting of daily operations activities and the delivery of invoices and billing reports for contracts. Good analytical skills are also required to resolve complete enquiries through analysis and making the necessary adjustments in accordance with the prescribed procedures and or customer contracts. Flexibility to work additional hours to meet operation requirements is needed where required. This is a great role for entering the operations and telecom industry as it provides opportunities for career development.

We are looking for a Billing Analyst who will:

Billing Analysts will possess good skills to deliver operation schedules, ticket tracking, reporting of daily operations activities and the delivery of invoices and billing reports for contracts. Good analytical skills are also required top resole complete enquiries through analysis and making the necessary adjustments in accordance with the prescribed procedures and or customer contracts. Flexibility to work additional hours to meet operation requirements is needed where required.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Bachelor’s degree or technically related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS PowerPoint, MS VISIO, MS PROJECT
